These terms apply to all MixMate products and services provided by SGN Technology.

MixMate is a fuel mix calculator and equipment management app for 2-stroke engines.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Violations may result in account suspension.

Available plans:

Mobile subscriptions are billed through Apple or Google Play. Web subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Taxes and renewal timing are shown before checkout.

Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be managed in their platform settings. Team admins with one linked Stripe-billed workspace can open the self-serve billing portal from dashboard settings. For other Stripe web cancellation or refund questions, contact billing@fuelmixmate.com. Cancellation stops future renewal only, settled charges are not automatically reversed, prorated refunds are not promised, and the initial billing response target is within 2 business days.

We will notify you in advance of any price changes.

The following uses are not allowed.

Calculations are for reference only. Always verify against your equipment's manual. We are not liable for engine damage.

Always follow proper safety procedures when handling fuel.

SGN Technology is not liable for engine damage, equipment failure, or downtime.

Service is provided 'as-is' without warranties.

All code, design, and data are property of SGN Technology, protected by law.

Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

Violating these terms may result in account termination.

You can delete your data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

We may update these terms from time to time. You will be notified.

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governed by the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul jurisdiction.

If one protocol fails, the rest remain fully active.
