SGN Technology ("we", "us", or "our") operates MixMate, a 2-stroke fuel mix calculator available as a mobile application and web application at fuelmixmate.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. How We Use Your Data

3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the EU-West (Ireland) region. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Authentication tokens are managed by Supabase Auth with industry-standard security practices.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate MixMate:

Supabase -- Database hosting, authentication, and real-time sync (EU-West, Ireland)

Firebase Crashlytics -- Crash reporting and performance monitoring
•
Stripe -- Payment processing for web subscriptions and Team tier billing
•
Apple App Store -- In-app purchase processing and receipt verification (iOS)
•
Google Play Store -- In-app purchase processing and receipt verification (Android)
Each third-party service processes data according to their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
MixMate uses localStorage and sessionStorage to store your authentication session, language preference, and local app state. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. No data is shared with advertising networks through cookies or similar technologies.

Your data is stored in the EU-West (Ireland) region. If data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

9. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records). Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
10. Children's Privacy
MixMate is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at contact@sgntech.ai and we will delete it promptly.
11. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of MixMate after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
